Self determination or self discipline - do you mind which?

Got me thinking the other day ......  as you achieve some goal you have set yourself ..... do you want more self determination or self discipline .... or both?!

For you, what do you need?

...  and lets throw self control into the pot for good measure!

I was writing myself a post it note and by mistake wrote self discipline, I actually meant self determination .... it set me thinking  - and now my self determination post it has really helped me as a visible reminder of who and what I need to be,  to achieve this particular goal
